We sit at the heart of the largest dark sky park in Europe and our barn is ideal for hosting events with its licensed bar, stage and capacity for over 300.
This makes it an ideal and memorable location for unique adventure events, music nights and lots more.
Our dark skies barn is undergoing renovation at present. Upon completion we intend to host lice music events over a weekend possibly combined with activities during the day. You can come for music and the party in the evening, stay for the weekend, participate in our adventure weekends or do them all. Watch this space.

For 25 years the Comb hosted the Kielder Challenge an inter company competition for teams of 6. With up to 128 teams entering the event, it was hosted over a weekend in the wilderness of Kielder Forest and surrounding area. The contestant teams navigated and orienteered around a circuit of physical and mental team challenge tasks against the clock before building a bivouac to overnight under the stars. In the comfort of their bivouac their strategy was planned for the large task of the next morning. It all culminated with a prize giving, barbecue and major party where new friendships and old are strengthened over a few drinks and recounting their weekend adventures. If demand requires, the Kielder Challenge may return!
